You must have fast internet access...dialup will not work.
Download this free program and I can connect to your computer from another location and help you with your computer! CLICK ON THE FIRST LINK - QuickStart
1. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD QuickStart TeamViewer
2. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD FULL TeamViewer - Only for Advanced
Click "Save" to save program to your desktop on your computer.
QuickStart Teamviewer does not install to your computer, it just sets on your desktop till you need help and want to activate it.
When you need help, call me, then double click the icon
on your desktop and a window will appear . You might need to click
"Run" first. It is different on different versions of
"TeamViewer". You will see in the window your "ID" and "Password".
Just tell me what the "ID" and "Password" are and I can see your screen and work on your computer while you watch. You and I can actually move your mouse at the same time! Cool! When you close the program "TeamViewer", that's it. I have no more connection to your computer.
You can always download the newest version by simply deleting the icon
on your desktop and downloading it again. But weTo Download from TeamViewer website, follow instructions below.
Read this first to download from TeamViewer website.
CClick Here and a webpage will open that looks similar to Figure 1 below.
On that webpage, click the button like I have circled in Figure 1 below.br / Another small window will open like in the Figure 2.
Click "Save" and save it to your desktop.
After you have saved it, close your browser and double click this
on your desktop.Another little window will open. Click "Run".
You will then need to tell me your "ID" and "Password"
That's it!
